Hi, I’m Michelle Russell,

I run Community Group Exercise classes at the Budworth Hall Ongar.

Classes began there April 2017 with just two classes a week, the community has grown enabling the schedule to grow offering more classes from Monday to Saturday.

We cater for all ages and abilities, at the moment we have ages from 16 to 70yrs.

Together we’ll continue to improve self confidence, which can also help to lower levels of depression, fatigue and stress. You’ll find a variety of classes to choose from, plus all fitness levels can and do work together.
